Travel Supplier Responsibility

U & ME Events | Destination I Do acts as an independent intermediary between clients and travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, transportation providers, and tour operators.

We do not own, operate, manage, or control these suppliers and are not liable for their acts, omissions, cancellations, schedule changes, service failures, injuries, property damage, or financial default.

 

Pricing and Availability

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice until reservations are confirmed and deposits are received.

Quotes are not guaranteed until booked and confirmed by the supplier.

Deposits and Payments

Deposits and payments are subject to supplier terms and conditions.

Failure to make required payments by supplier deadlines may result in cancellation of reservations and forfeiture of deposits.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation penalties and refund eligibility are governed by the policies of the applicable travel supplier.

The Company is not responsible for supplier-imposed cancellation fees or denied refunds.

 

Travel Documents

Clients are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid:

• Passports

• Visas

• Identification

• Entry documentation

• Vaccination records (when required)

The Company is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, or travel disruptions resulting from insufficient documentation.

 

Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for delays, cancellations, interruptions, injuries, losses, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Government actions

• Disease outbreaks

• Airline disruptions

• Labor disputes
